Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me, my work, and potential opportunities for collaboration. My research and practice in education focus on understanding and addressing teacher burnout, with particular attention to how teacher assignment structures and organizational systems shape educator well-being and effectiveness.

Drawing from my experience as a TK–8 educator and my doctoral research in Educational Leadership, I work at the intersection of research, coaching, and practical application. My goal is to support educators and doctoral students in building sustainable, efficient, and impactful practices that prioritize both student success and educator well-being.

Through consulting, curriculum design, and coaching, including support for educators navigating ADHD, I aim to help individuals and organizations rethink workload, strengthen systems, and create environments where educators can thrive.

After exploring the site, please feel free to connect with me through the “Let’s Collaborate” page to share ideas, ask questions, or explore opportunities to work together.
